With over 20 years in both the Oil & Gas and Construction industries, Arvindran manages and directs the business towards its primary goals and objectives. He oversees all business operations and projects, including setting and executing organizational strategies.

Chief Operating Officer
Pathmanaathan expertise includes Project Management, Design & Construction in Civil, Structural & Telecommunications. With over 2 decades of global experience in Malaysia, Indonesia & Sri Lanka, he manages high-level negotiations with top managements in local & foreign organizations.
Brian Wong
Chief Technical Officer
Brian brings forth a wealth of expertise in completing successful large-scale IT projects. His strength in foresight and implementation allows him to lead the Technical Architecture Team with efficiency. Well versed in all aspects of system architecture, technical specifications, as well as data security, Brian provides expert insights and experience in designing core customized IT solutions for our valuable clients.
Sathiyawathy Nadarajah
Head of Engineering
Driving the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of Promatan’s engineering projects, Sathiyawathy leads the Engineering Team to complete each project with excellence and quality assurance. Her expertise includes optimal application of engineering resources to meet clients requirements and ensuring the implementation of agile processes to supports the site development processes.

Farah Nuranum is the driving force behind Promatan’s technical and engineering projects, ensuring that the deliverables are completed on time and on schedule to guarantee client’s satisfaction. Farah combines a deep understanding of technical knowledge and real-world hands-on experience as she manages each client’s project with ease.
Kirthana Kunalan
Project Analyst
Kirthana plays an active role in assisting project teams to analyse project data and requirements to make the big-picture decisions. Being exposed to many fields of study involving Information Technology, she interfaces with our stakeholders in developing project designs for our projects.
